Our wedding will take place in Wallace, about 40 minutes outside of Wilmington. For guests traveling in, Wilmington, Carolina Beach, or Wrightsville Beach are all great areas to stay and enjoy throughout the weekend, definitely make a little vacation out of it! ☀️🌊 We especially recommend staying in Wilmington or Carolina Beach depending on the vibe you’re looking for. Carolina Beach is perfect for boardwalk strolls, mini golf, beach days, and casual local spots, while Wilmington offers a mix of coastal, downtown restaurants, shopping, and nearby beaches. Wrightsville Beach has a more relaxed, upscale coastal feel with beautiful water, beachside restaurants, and a quieter atmosphere. And for all of our Myrtle Beach lovers, it’s only about 1.5 hours away from Wilmington! 🤍

For Wilmington, this is a great option. We have reserved a hotel block here as well. Located in The Pointe, which is a movie theater plaza, with an array of restaurants to choose from. Directly in the middle between both Wrightsville and Carolina Beach.

This is the inn located at our venue, River Landing. This is a convenient option close to the venue, but just keep in mind that Wallace is a very small town with an extremely quiet atmosphere, and is also 45+ minutes to the beach, so guests looking for more restaurants, beaches, and activities would probably prefer staying in Wilmington or one of the nearby beach towns. 🤍
