A little love, a little laughter and finally, happily ever after!

Jonathan and Nia weren't supposed to meet, but that's what the internet is for right? This beautiful union started almost 10 years ago with a big push from Valentina (Nia's best friend). It was the age of dating apps and giving up on the boys in your hometown and Val had a master plan in the works. She co-created a Hot-or-Not profile with a very reluctant Nia. Day 1 of swiping and hoping for the best, there was already a match. Enter a young Jonathan Guzman! No one knows how this could have happened, at the time most dating apps worked off your location and a few-mile radius around it. Both Jon and Nia had theirs set to only 15 miles. At the time they lived 50 miles away from each other. Some would say they're a match made in heaven, Nia says it's fate and Jonathan says he just got really lucky. Both Nia and Jonathan have been known to be on the shyer side, so things went a little slow talking just as friends for about 3 months. When they finally decided it was time to meet in person they went for the classic movie night date at Paramus Mall close to Jonathan's hometown. When Nia got home late that night after the movies and hours of talking she told her mother Annete two really important things 1) "Ooo a large! He got money! Get it all for him!" it's a joke look it up LOL & 2) "I know I can't love him right now but I'm gunna love him forever". Two weeks later Jonathan drove over 6 hours down to the shore to see Nia on 4th of July. That night he met almost the entire family, we can't believe he stuck around! LOL In another two weeks, he made it official by asking Nia to be his girlfriend. The rest is history and the best is yet to come . . . 07.18.14
