We ask that you RSVP as soon as you can! The deadline to RSVP is September 6th, 2026. If you have not RSVP’d by this date, we will have to count you as a ‘no’. Please refer to our RSVP tab where you can RSVP for the event!
As it is an intimate event, we are only able to accommodate guests formally invited on the wedding invitation. If you have received a plus one, they will be listed on your invite when you RSVP.
The ceremony, cocktail hour and reception will all take place at the College of Physicians in Philadelphia, PA! The ceremony (weather permitting) will be outside in the garden of the venue, with the remainder of events happening indoors.
Shuttle transportation will be provided to and from the Kimpton Hotel Palomar for your convenience. For guests staying at the Hyatt Centric, you’re just a short stroll away, about a 3-minute walk down the block! Shuttles will begin at 5:15 PM, bringing you to the venue so you can relax and arrive ready for the ceremony and an unforgettable celebration. At the end of the evening, shuttle service will resume at 10:15 PM, taking guests back to the hotel, or for those who aren’t ready for the night to end, continuing on to Black Sheep to keep the party going!
The ceremony will begin at 6pm. You can arrive by 5:30pm but please do not arrive any later than 5:45pm. If you’re late, you will not be able to join the ceremony and will have to wait until the cocktail hour. Please consider arrival times when traveling to the venue!
The dress code is black tie optional! Dress to impress! Ladies, think full length dresses/gowns. Weather permitting, the ceremony will be outdoors in the garden which is paved, so no grass for heels to sink into! Gentlemen, think dark colored suits with a tie! Be ready to look good, feel good, and celebrate with us!
We would love for all of our guests to be fully present when we say “I do” so please refrain from using cameras or phones during the ceremony, and leave it to the professionals! There will be plenty of opportunities for personal pictures and we encourage everyone to take as many photos they can AFTER the ceremony!
To maximize celebrations and stay true to ourselves, we will NOT be having a formal sit down dinner! The reception will be a cocktail style with plenty of seating and food options/stations for all! We want to maximize time spent conversing, mingling, and partying with all of our friends and family! Let us know if you have any questions!
