Nia and Felipe’s story began at a Friendsgiving party hosted by Nia’s brother. Felipe spotted Nia that night and knew he had to get to know her. He asked for her number, and soon after, they went on their very first date at Blu Stella in Nashua, NH. What started with one date quickly turned into many, and their connection only grew stronger with each one. On New Year’s Eve, Felipe officially asked Nia to be his girlfriend a night made even more special because it was also the first time Nia met Felipe’s family.

On Christmas Day 2024, surrounded by family, Felipe completely surprised Nia. As everyone exchanged gifts, he “found” one last present that had been forgotten under the tree. Inside was Nia’s engagement ring. When she turned around, Felipe was down on one knee and of course, she said yes! It was the perfect holiday surprise and a moment they’ll cherish forever.
