What is the dress code?

Answer

We kindly ask guests to dress in semi-formal attire. For men, suits or button-down shirts with slacks are appropriate. For women, cocktail dresses, midi or maxi dresses, elegant jumpsuits, or coordinated blouses with appropriate bottoms are all welcome. Our wedding colors are olive green, tan, brown, and champagne gold (as shown in the photo above). Feel free to incorporate these tones into your outfit, but most importantly, please dress comfortably and in a style that makes you feel your best.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The doors will open at 2:00pm and the ceremony will start at 2:30pm. We recommend arriving 15-20 minutes early for parking and seating.

Is parking available?

Answer

Yes, there is free parking that is available at the venue. The lot for parking is located across the street and through a connecting tunnel at the venue's entrance. We will provide you with further details on the parking procedure during the week of the wedding.

Is there a registry?

Answer

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift of all! Yes, you can find the registry on the third tab of this website. If you wish to honor us with a gift, our honeymoon fund is our top wish. We've also included a small registry for those who prefer something more traditional.

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

There will be a cocktail hour from 3:00pm to 4:00pm, followed by dinner and a reception. All events will take place at the same venue.

Will alcohol be served?

Answer

Yes, alcohol will be served. There will be an open bar from 3:00pm to 8:00pm. Guests under the age of 21 and those who do not partake will be welcome to unlimited water, non-alcoholic Sangria, sodas, and juices.

Is there air-conditioning?

Answer

While the reception and cocktail hour are fully air-conditioned, the ceremony will be held in a screened porch without A/C. Fans will be provided, but we recommend dressing with that in mind for comfort.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We're so excited to celebrate with our closest friends and family. Due to space limitations, we're only able to accommodate those listed on the invitation. Thank you for understanding!

Are children welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, we're keeping the celebration to mostly adults so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We hope you understand.

Where is the ceremony and reception taking place?

Answer

The Ceremony and reception both will take place at Happy Days Lodge 500 W Streetsboro St, Peninsula, OH 44264

Question

Is there a hotel near the venue?

Answer

Yes, the closest hotel is the Hampton Inn Stow located at 4331 Lakepointe Corporate Dr, Stow, OH 44224. It is only a 9 minute drive to the venue. We do not have any hotel room blocks so please feel free to book the lodging of your choice.
