3:30 pm is when you should arrive and get settled. The bride will be walking down the aisle at 4:00pm.
There will be a taco bar including ground beef, chicken, pico de gallo, Colby jack cheese, lettuce, sour cream, black beans, rice, salsa, and hot sauce, and both flour and corn tortillas. Dairy free shredded cheese will also be provided for our lactose intolerant and vegan loved ones ❤️
Absolutely no cell phones during the ceremony. If a cell phone is seen before everyone is dismissed from the ceremony to the reception area, you will be asked to leave immediately. There are absolutely no exceptions to this rule.
Please RSVP by May 31st in order for us to have the appropriate amount of seating and table arrangements reserved.
Due to venue restrictions, we ask that you do not bring anyone who is not included In your party. You can see your full party by clicking the RSVP on the home page. If you wish to bring a guest that is not included, reach out to the bride directly and exceptions may be made. Thank you for your understanding!
We ask that everyone who can carpool does to help maintain our parking spaces. There will be designated parking in a field near the ceremony space, but there will be a short walk. If you or a member of your party has trouble walking on uneven terrain, you may be dropped off at the house and someone can drive your vehicle to the parking area for you.
Reception will start around 4:15 and that is when we will eat. We will do our family dances with the band, then move to a set playlist. We will dance until we’re ready to drop, then there may be a fire. Some of us may choose to camp out overnight or stay in a hotel nearby and everyone is welcome to do the same. If you would like to stay, please reach out to the bride for more information.
We are choosing not to provide alcoholic beverages; but since this is a private residents, guests are welcome to bring any alcohol that you would like to drink during the reception. We will have water, some soda, and lemonade.
Attire will be semi-formal to formal. We want all our guests to be comfortable, but know that your picture will be taken and more than likely published unless you request otherwise ahead of time.
