Río Secreto
Playa del Carmen, Q.R. 77712, Mexico
This tour is incredible. Nick and Haleigh explored Rio Secreto back in May 2019. It is a tour of underground rivers and ancient caverns. Rio Secreto is less than a 30 minute drive from the resort and is open daily at 9am. Tours are available directly through the attraction's website and other vendors like Viator and Playa del Carmen Tours.
Chichén-Itzá
Chichén-Itzá, Yuc. 97751, Mexico
Nick and Haleigh explored this ancient mayan city back in 2022. Highly recommend experiencing one of the New Seven Wonders of the World if you have an extra day to spare. Although it is about a 3 hour drive, we think it is worth it.
