Friday, May 8, 2026 5:00pm - guests staying at the villa can check in
Saturday, May 9, 2026 - Bachelorette & Bachelors Party, all other guests have a free day in Florence
Sunday, May 10, 2026 1:00pm - rehearsal for the wedding party
5:00 pm - ceremony begins, guests please arrive no later than 4:30
5:30 - aperitivo
6:45 - dinner
8:00 - after party
Monday, May 11, 2026 11am - guests must check out of the villa

This event is black tie optional. Please wear long dresses or suits.
All guests can arrive at the Villa beginning at 4pm for the ceremony. Please be at the villa no later than 4:30pm.
