Veronica Janosek

Maid of Honor

Veronica is my best friend from my RA days back in college (who knew being an RA created so many lifelong relationships?). Having known me for around 7 years, she’s seen many many versions of myself and has always been my biggest supporter through them all. When I first met Veronica (which by the way, is a pretty hilarious story in and of itself), I was a fairly shy eighteen year old. Knowing Veronica made me a more confident person, as she quickly became my go to person whenever I needed a pep talk or any life advice. While we don’t live down the hall from each other anymore, she is still the only person I can talk to on the phone for 3 hours without getting bored. I seriously could not imagine this day without her.

Kristen Zeuch

Bridesmaid

Growing up, you could always find me glued to Kristen’s side at any family gathering. With her being four years older than me, Kristen was always a role model and inspiration to me no matter what phase of life I was in. Some of my fondest childhood memories consist of her showing me how to draw, bonding over our shared music interests, and hearing her many stories of highschool and college. I’ll always remember her words of advice and encouragement when I eventually started student teaching. As adults, she continues to be a positive support in my life and I am glad that we regularly make efforts to stay connected even into adulthood.

Valerie Dawson

Bridesmaid

Valerie is my big sister. Growing up, we spent most of my life living on opposite sides of the country from one another. While we didn’t get to see each other as often as I would have liked, I still remember as a child how excited I would get everytime she would come home to visit. A few years ago she relocated to Ohio, where she currently resides, and I have loved being able to spend so much time with her over the past few years. Valerie has always been someone that brings a smile to my face and instantly boosts my mood. I am so excited to have her by my side on my wedding day.

Olivia Whiteaker

Bridesmaid

Olivia is my oldest friend and is someone I am truly grateful for. She has always been a positive support and influence in my life. Waiting for her at her locker every morning and having her as my unspoken bus partner for all of our marching band trips are the only things about highschool that I miss. Our friendship is one that will last a lifetime and I am so excited to have her as a bridesmaid.

Logan Selby

Best Man

Having only lived 200 meters from each other, you’d think that I would have met Logan much earlier in life than I did but it wasn’t until high school cross country when our paths finally crossed. We filled our time with countless outdoor adventures. From biking around Wooster to camping in the woods, we would always find new ways to share our springtime of youth together. I’ve always appreciated Logan for his ability to reason while also entertaining my wild ideas. Logan has always been a big inspiration for my own life and I’m always excited to learn new things from him. Through thick and thin, Logan has always supported me, and I’m happy he can support me as my Best Man.

Jordan Schmidt

Groomsman

Jordan is a close friend from my high school days. I have countless memories with him from cruising around our hometown in search of our next adventure, to his annual New Year’s Eve parties. We never needed a reason to hang out and would effortlessly find things to do or topics to discuss to fill hours at a time. No matter what stage of life we are in, Jordan has always been someone I’ve gone to for life advice and great conversation. Even in our adult lives, Jordan has become somewhat of a personal political and current events advisor to me ever since he began his undergrad in political science. His consistent guidance and friendship throughout my life has been something I’ve cherished and I am happy to have him as my groomsman.

Andrew Savidge

Groomsman

Even when we first met in the high school cross country team, Andrew has always been the one to introduce the chaotic energy. Andrew and I share our bond through our passion for chemistry and gaming. I can recount endless nights where he and I would stay in the late of the night crafting our next greatest idea and sharing many philosophical conversations. Even in our adulthood, Andrew facilitates online friend group meetings so we can virtually connect on a regular basis. It’s never a dull moment when he is around and I couldn’t imagine my wedding without his chaotic energy.

Nicholas Dawson

Groomsman

Being an older brother myself, I did not know what to expect when I first met Julia’s older brother, Nick. But, from the very beginning, he instantly put me at ease and made me feel like part of the family. Whenever we get together, we always find ways to share in a laugh and have a good time. I couldn’t ask for a better man to have as a brother in law and I’m thrilled to have Nick as my groomsman.
