We're getting married!

It all started at a place that holds a special spot in both of our hearts - The Dark Horse Tavern, our favorite college bar and on any given Friday or Saturday night, you could find Brittney dancing on top of the pool table with her friends. It was August 2019, and Brittney was enjoying her senior year while Justin was beginning his junior year. Among the laughter, music, and the familiar buzz of college life, fate stepped in. We were introduced at the bar that night, not knowing we’d just met the person who would change our lives. Justin thought we were just going to be friends but Brittney had other plans. As luck would have it, we soon discovered we were enrolled in the same class. From there, it didn’t take long for our friendship to grow into something much more. That class may have been about textbooks and lectures, but what we really learned was that we had found something special in each other. And as they say… the rest is history.

Fast-forward a few years and countless adventures and plenty of late night pasta cravings later - On a trip to one of our favorite cities, Boston. Justin planned the perfect proposal. Every time we visit we have to stop at our beloved Italian spot, Trattoria Il Panino. They have the BEST lobster ravioli. On the evening of October 4, 2024, after another perfect dinner, Justin suggested going for a walk along the Boston Harbor. Brittney was a little hesitant but decided why not it’s a beautiful night. As the city lights reflected on the water, Justin got down on one knee and asked Brittney to marry him. It was intimate, heartfelt and perfectly us. A moment we’ll treasure forever as the start of our next chapter together.
