They later moved into an apartment their last year as undergrad together and have been inseparable ever since. Jesslyn and Kristen share the same love for wine nights, sushi dates, shopping around the city, discovering new brunch spots, aesthetic pleasing designs, and 3 way face-timing with Erin over wine during the week nights.

Keely is Kristen's little sister and best friend. They are 8 years apart in age, but that has never stopped them from staying close after Kristen's multiple moves around the world. They both share a love for memes, watching sporting events, playing board games, face-timing, and shopping at outlet malls.
Emma Monthei

Emma and Kristen met at their sorority at Iowa State and instantly became best friends over their love for dancing and Blink 182. Emma is Kristen’s “big sister” that she never had and has always been a role model for her. Emma and Kristen share the same love of dancing, brewery hopping, tailgating, hanging out with dogs, and just plain watching movies on the couch together.

Alaina and Kristen met through their sorority at Iowa State University. Kristen was Alaina's "Big Sister" in their sorority and through the years have grown closer to one another and truly are, sisters. They both spent time living in Europe and have traveled together around Ireland to Gallway, Dublin, and the Cliffs of Moher.

Jordan and Kristen also met during their time at Iowa State and grew closer when Kristen moved to Minnesota permanently where Jordan’s family also lives. Jordan and Kristen love to spend time on the lake together, shopping, taking photographs, going to chick-flick movies, and exploring their favorite city together.

Brian and Nick first met as fate would have it, in a dining center on campus, freshmen year of college. After forming a bond over food, they quickly became good friends, while trying to navigate their new life at Iowa State. If you cloned Nick but made him 3 inches taller and less good looking, he'd basically be Brian. Fast forward 8 years after meeting and they are still best friends.
Karl Walz

Similar to Brian, Karl and Nick met freshmen year at Iowa State. They lived 2 doors down on the same floor and quickly became friends. There were lots of memories made over their four years, and even more when they both lived in Boulder. It's safe to say they have saved each others life a handful of times.
Seth Cook

Seth is Nick's older brother and truly his first best friend. Seth and Nick use to spend an unhealthy amount of time in the basement playing video games together, or as Nick now realizes, watching Seth play. Seth being 4 years older always meant Nick was tagging along, which thankfully Seth never minded. Nick was also the first one to know that he and his now-wife Kacey, were much more than friends in high school when she used to sneak into the house late at night. They both share a love for games, humor, and anything that isn't serious conversation.
Austin Wagler

Austin and Nick grew up right next door to one another and have known each other since 2nd grade. If there is anything two teenage boys could do that is completely moronic and ill-advised, they have done it; just don't ask who first suggested it. Throughout these 17 years or so, they have remained close and always find time to remind each other how stupid the other one is. Last fall Austin was not able to attend due to bravely serving our country at that time but we are so fortunate we are able to celebrate with him in person this time around!

Brett and Nick have been friends for the better part of 10 years but first met in Kindergarten. Throughout high school, they were inseparable and even though they attended different universities they stayed close and would always catch up any chance they got. They share a love for sports, humor, avoiding germs and having a great time.
Mike Lantieri

Mike and Nick first met while working together at Elevations Credit Union. It took only one shift together to become great friends. The friendship was founded upon a love of sports, food, and cracking jokes. There was rarely a weekend when they wouldn't be together. Even after Nick moved away, they still find time to talk, visit & make fun of Karl.
Joe Kvidera

Joe was introduced to Nick through Brian. Joe and Nick then spent the next 3 years stumbling through Iowa State and eating a lot of Jack's pizza along the way. They often offered each other reltionship advice when neither of them was in a successful relationship. They have remained close and often talk about their imaginary farming business K&K.
Kyle Thompson

Kyle was the first friend Nick made when he moved to the Quad Cities at the age of 4. That's what happens when you share a back yard. Growing up they were always together and were often told they actually looked like brothers when it very much felt that way. They have remained close throughout these last 21 years and no matter how much time has passed, they can always pick right up where they left off.
Caitlin Stein

Caitlin is Nick's older sister and honorary attendant. Caitlin was never afraid to give Nick tough love growing up and Nick did everything he could do, to annoy her. Even with their 8 year age difference, Caitlin always made it a point to be there for him whenever he needed it.

Evelyn is Nick's goddaughter, and the beautiful daughter of Austin and Samantha Wagler.
