Why do you need my flight information?

Maggie needs your flight details because roundtrip airport transfers will be included in your booking. Please provide the following details: DATE OF TRAVEL, AIRLINE, FLIGHT NUMBER, & TIME for both your arrival and departure. EXAMPLE: ARRIVING: 10/25/2025 - DELTA 4321 - 1:00PM DEPARTURE: 10/31/2025 - DELTA 1234 - 5:00PM Please email Maggie your flight details once booked - melles@destinationweddings.com

What if something happens and I can’t make it?

Life happens! That’s why it’s HIGHLY recommended to purchase Travel Protection. It MUST be purchased at ​the time of booking. If Travel Protection is declined, all monies paid toward this booking are ​non-refundable and non- transferable and will be forfeited if cancelled or you do not arrive ​at the hotel as scheduled. Travel Protection, once purchased, is non-refundable. You will be ​given two options below...one for full refund in the form of payment and the other, travel ​credit. Please make sure to read this carefully when booking.
