Hotel
We have booked a room block for the Aria Resort. We will be using it as the central hub of activity for the weekend, but there's no pressure to stay at the Aria if you'd rather book elsewhere. IMPORTANT NOTE: A large finance convention is coming into the hotel on Sunday night, so that particular night is significantly more pricy than Thursday-Saturday. We'd advise anyone booking at the Aria to check out Sunday in order to not get hit with the rate hike. OTHER IMPORTANT NOTE: If you are going to use the block rate, please book by the end of the year. The room block expires at the beginning of January. Below are the nightly rates for the room block (you can see the significant jump in price on Sunday): Deluxe King Room 2/18/2027 $345.00 2/19/2027 $155.00 2/20/2027 $389.00 2/21/2027 $860.00 Deluxe Two Queen Room 2/18/2027 $345.00 2/19/2027 $155.00 2/20/2027 $389.00 2/21/2027 $860.00 Click the "View" button below to book with our discounted room block
