“I love you for all that you are, all that you have been, all that you're yet to be.” Ngaire and Jake first met working together at a Boston based architecture firm. Their relationship started with just a few moments, but those moments would become years. Coffee breaks, awkward hallway pleasantries, office ski trips, and lots of late nights working, finally lead to their first date outside of the workplace. Ngaire took Jake to Ramen and Jake pretended he really liked Asian Food. After a few adventures around the city together - they found each other and no one else. They decided they could not work in the same corporate office and have a relationship, so Jake quit his job and instead they opened their own architecture firm. In 2020 the world shut down, but they became even closer spending their time together in COVID between Somerville and Cape Cod. Two years later - they moved to their home on Nahant with all their combined Pet children. They continue to work together at their own firm and have been looking forward to the day they get married surrounded by their friends and family. Tackling homeownership, continuing to have intertwined interests, like traveling, and finding new ones, such as being boat owners, make every day more exciting than the last.
