Yes! There will be an after party held at the venue immediately following the reception. The open bar will continue and there will be music and midnight bites!
A shuttle will be provided for hotel guests of the Hyatt Regency for your convenience. The shuttle will depart from the Hyatt at 5:15pm and 5:45pm. It will return to the Hyatt after the 5:45pm pick-up in case you are running late! The shuttle will remain at the venue and transport back to the Hyatt as needed. The scheduled shuttles at the end of the evening are 11:30pm, 12:15am, and 1:10am. There will be two shuttles departing following the after party at 1:10am to ensure there is room for all hotel guests!
The ceremony is being held onsite at the venue! It will be immediately followed by cocktail hour, dinner, drinking & dancing!
Please arrive at the venue by 6:00pm. The ceremony will begin promptly at 6:30pm.
There will be a chicken, a beef, and a fish dish available for order. Additionally, there will be a vegetarian option available and any choice can be made gluten-free. Please let your server know of any food allergies upon arrival.
No! When you find your seat at the reception, a menu will be waiting for you. You will place your order with the waiter or waitress for your table!

Our hotel block is at the Hyatt Regency Long Island. The final day to book rooms was July 16th, but Jakes 58 Casino Hotel is another great option that is close to both the Hyatt and the venue.
