Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

Casual to semi-formal attire, please. We want everyone to look their best while also feeling their best. Wear what you feel the most comfortable in but please do not wear jeans, shorts, or t-shirts. We recommend slacks, khakis, or dress pants with a button-down shirt or nice blouse and dress shoes. Other options could include coctail dresses or long skirts with wedges, heels, or flats.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP no later than Sunday, April 1, 2021. For more information please see the RSVP page.

What should I do if I can’t make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “will not attend,” so we can plan accordingly.

Are kids invited?

Answer

We love your kids—we really do. But we want our wedding to be your night off!

When do I have to book the hotel by?

Answer

If you are planning on staying at the Sheraton Tampa Brandon Hotel, reservations must be made by March 25th to receive the wedding rate.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes, if not, we would prefer if it was just you.

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Answer

The ceremony will be unplugged so please refrain from having your phones out at all during this time. We want our photographer and videographer to capture these special moments uninterrupted. However, during our reception, we encourage as many photos and videos as you'd like to remember our special day with us. Make sure to use our hashtag #nextstopnichols

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the ceremony start time (4:00 p.m.) which would be an arrival time of about 3:30 p.m. We'd like to make sure everyone is on time and we can get the party started as scheduled!

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be held outdoors and the reception will be held indoors. Please note that if the weather does not permit, the ceremony may be moved indoors.

What happens between the ceremony and reception?

Answer

There will be a cocktail hour immediately following the ceremony starting at 4:30 p.m. while the brides take pictures with their families and bridal parties.

Where should guests park? Is parking free?

Answer

Free parking is available at the venue. Please note that the parking area is unpaved.

Is there an open bar?

Answer

Yes, we will have an open bar with select wine, beer, and signature cocktails.

Question

What kind of food can I expect?

Answer

Since we are both vegetarians, all of the food at the wedding will be 100% meat-free. The set up will be buffet style with a variety of different foods to suit everyone's dietary wants and needs. You will not leave hungry!
