Where can I park?

Ceremony parking will be at Our Lady of Valley Parish, both next to the church and in the parking lot across the street. Reception parking can be across from the venue (please cross safely at the crosswalk!), or along the street. Guests staying at the Fairfield Inn (or choosing to park there) can park right at the hotel and ride the shuttle.

How to I get to the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Our Lady of the Valley Parish is located at 33 Adams Street, Easthampton, MA. The Bolyston Rooms are located at 122 Pleasant St #112, Easthampton, MA. To get to the reception from the church, simply either head down Liberty Street, turn right onto Union Street, and another right at the lights onto Main Street (center of Easthampton). At the rotary, stay right at the first exit for Pleasant Street and the venue will be on your right 0.4 miles down.

Can I bring a date?

If your invitation says "and Guest," then yes! If not, we would prefer if it was just you.

Are my kids invited?

Answer

We love your kids—we really do. But we want our wedding to be your New Year's night off! Children explicitly listed on invitations as "and family" are welcome to come.

Are you registered anywhere?

Answer

We are registered here on Zola! Please check the "registry" tab up top if you so choose, and thank you! We are also registered at Macy's, search for our registry by either of our names.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Absolutely! Please write in any food allergies on your RSVP, or reach out to Jon or Kasia directly.

I see there's a gap of time between ceremony and reception, what should I do during this time?

Answer

During this time, guests can travel back to their hotel room (if staying at the room block, or simply parking at the hotel) and grab the shuttle to the reception. The shuttle will be departing at 6:30pm. If you are driving straight to the reception venue, there are two breweries behind the building, New City Brewery and Abandon Building Brewery as well as Riff's Joint/The Hideaway Lounge in the factory building before the venue. ***Cocktail hour will be at 6:15 and end at 7:45 due to the gap of time following the ceremony. Reception will begin promptly at 8pm. Guests are welcome to still visit local attractions during this time, or going us in the East Room for cocktail hour*** Shuttle times have not changed***

What's the shuttle schedule?

Answer

We will have a shuttle bus running two trips from the Fairfield Inn to the Boylston Rooms for cocktail hour. Departure times are 6:30pm and 7:15pm- please plan of being there at least five minutes prior to departure. At the reception, we will have the same shuttle bus running in similar fashion, from venue to hotel. Departure times are 12:55am and 1:30am.
