What should I wear? Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes. Guests are asked to wear cocktail attire in the colors of black and/or cream and add some New Year's Bling (i.e. diamonds, rhinestones, sequins, etc). Women's Cocktail Attire: Cocktail dress, Little Black Dress (LBD), Dressy Jumpsuit Men’s Cocktail Attire: Well-fitting suit or semi-formal blazers and trousers. Blazers are a versatile choice for cocktail attire, and there are multiple ways to style them appropriately.

How do I RSVP and when is the deadline?

You will RSVP via the couple's Zola website. Your RSVP is due Saturday, December 21st.

Can I bring kids?

Answer

Only the kids that are in the wedding are allowed to attend the wedding. Thank you for understanding.

Answer

Our celebration is strictly RSVP only. When you log in to Zola, you will be able to RSVP and see the total number of guests assigned to you. If you have any questions, contact Keesha at 919-236-7539.

Where should I book hotel accommodations?

Answer

If you are staying overnight and want to be within 30 minutes of the venue, you would want to stay in Mebane or Burlington. If you want to be closer to the city, you would want to stay in Durham or Greensboro. There are Mebane hotel recommendations listed under Travel.

Where should I park? Is parking free?

Answer

For your convenience, both venues have huge, free parking lots.

Can I take pictures or videos during the wedding ceremony?

Answer

We are asking that you unplug during the wedding ceremony so you can be "all-in-the-moment" and so that the professionals can get thee best shots without interference of other flashes and mobile devices.

Will there be a time gap between the wedding ceremony and reception?

Answer

Yes. There will be a photo break between the wedding ceremony and reception. The wedding party will be taking pictures nearby for about an hour. Guests will have hors d'oeuvres to enjoy while the wedding party is taking a photo break.

What type of food and drink will be served?

Answer

We will be enjoying a brunch full of some of the couple's favorite brunch items.

Alcohol will not be served. The venue is a dry venue.

Answer

The couple does not have a registry and is instead requesting monetary gifts. For your convenience, a Cash App has been setup $NewYearNewBrown. You can also place your gift in your beautiful wedding day card. (The bride loves cards and keeps them forever.)
