When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP as soon as possible, and no later than November 15th, 2019.

Should I eat before I come?

Answer

YES! With the later start time of our New Years Cocktail style event... we will not be serving a plated meal. However, we will have finger foods served throughout the night.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Please contact the bride and groom if you would like to bring a date that is not already a part of the guest list. The capacity of our venue is 200, we will accommodate as many guests as possible!

When should I book my room at The Moxy Hotel?

Answer

If you would like to be a part of our wedding block with pricing at a discounted rate, you MUST book by November 30th, 2019. See the travel tab for more info.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Please notify us of food allergies, so that we can be mindful of them.

Our wedding ceremony and reception will be an adult-only event.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Parking will be limited. With the downtown location of our venue, please be prepared for street parking or garage parking.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

We will not be providing transportation to or from the wedding venue. Please coordinate in advance, and note that our hotel recommendation is on the same block as our venue!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive approximately one half hour before the ceremony start time. This is not a "fashionably late" type of New Years party!
