COVID Notice

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic and regulations surrounding it, there are a few tricky things involved in making a wedding happen. See some FAQs about COVID policies below.
Question

Are masks required?

Answer

When inside any building at Caitlyn Farms, masks will be required. However, the hope is for most of the event to be open-air.

Question

What if I forget my mask?

Answer

Please bring your own mask! However, if you forget, one will be provided to you.

Question

Will social distancing be enforced?

Answer

Social distancing will be encouraged and enforced at all times during the event and while on Caitlyn Farms Properties. You will be spaced out appropriately when seated both at dinner and during the ceremony.

Question

Can I fix my own plate?

Answer

No, self-serve buffets are not allowed due to COVID. However, we have hired a wonderful catering staff who will fix your plate exactly as you ask them to and then hand it to you!

Question

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

Due to COVID-19, our guest list is required to be extremely limited. With this in mind, please do not bring your kids unless your invitation specifically had their names listed on it or was addressed to your entire family. Haley will confirm this with you when you RSVP. We are so sorry! We wish that we could celebrate with EVERYBODY, but we are doing the best we can in these weird, trying times.

Question

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

Again, due to COVID-19, our guest list is required to be extremely limited. With this in mind, please do not bring a guest unless your invitation specifically had their name(s) listed on it or was addressed to you plus a guest. Haley will confirm this with you when you RSVP. We are so sorry! We wish that we could celebrate with EVERYBODY, but we are doing the best we can in these weird, trying times.

Question

What if I might be sick or might have been exposed to COVID-19?

Answer

We want to celebrate with you, but the health and safety of you and the rest of our friends and family are of the utmost importance to us. If you're sick, you might be sick, or you THINK you might be sick, please stay home and choose to celebrate with us at another time and place. If you've been exposed, you might have been exposed, or you THINK you might have been exposed to COVID-19, please stay home and choose to celebrate with us another time. Again, we're doing the best we can in these weird, trying times.

Question

Do I have to RSVP?

Answer

YES. ABSOLUTELY. Due to COVID-19 and the limits it has placed on our guest list, it is absolutely essential that you RSVP by the date that was listed on the card enclosed with your invitation. For the sake of Haley's sanity, please RSVP as soon as possible, but at least by that date. If you do not, we will unfortunately have to assume that you cannot attend and will invite someone else in your place. Once again, we're doing the best we can in these weird, trying times.
