When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Invitations will be sent out in June with a link to RSVP. All RSVP’s must be received by 9/4.

What is the attire for the wedding and reception?

Answer

Cocktail attire. Our colors are in the picture above should you wish to color coordinate. Please no cowboy hats. Cowboy boots are encouraged!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The doors will open and ceremony will begin promptly at 7:00pm. Any latecomers will need to wait outside until the ceremony is over.

What is the parking situation at the wedding venue?

Answer

Roots Fort Worth does not have parking out in front of their building. Parking is behind their building in a parking lot with signs that say, "Reserved Parking for Into the West and Roots Fort Worth". Please see the map on the "Schedule" tab. To enter venue, please come through the back alley as the entrance will be in the back.

Can I bring a guest not mentioned on the invitation?

Answer

Our goal is to keep our very special day as intimate as possible, therefore we are choosing to celebrate with our closest friends and family. We are asking our guests to please not bring a plus one, unless "and guest" is specifically named on the invitation. Thank you so much for understanding!

Will children be allowed to attend?

We have chosen for our wedding to be adults only.

Is there a block of hotel rooms booked?

Answer

Yes, we have LIMITED rooms blocked for our guests! Please see the "Travel" section for more details.

Can I take photos or videos at the ceremony?

Answer

We are so excited to have an amazing professional photographer capturing our big day. During the ceremony we are having an UNPLUGGED ceremony. We want our guests to be able to fully experience our ceremony as we say "I do" to our forever! We ask that you silence your phone and refrain from usage during the ceremony only. We truly appreciate this so much! After the ceremony, please feel free to take as many photos and videos as you'd like! We would love if you shared with us all of the photos and videos you take with all the memories made!

Can I bring a gift to the wedding venue?

Answer

Your presence is most important, but should you wish to contribute towards our honeymoon fund, please click on the "Registry" section to view and contribute towards our honeymoon registry. We are celebrating our honeymoon in Jackson, Wyoming! There will also be a reserved area for cards/gifts at our wedding venue.

What is going on after the reception?

Answer

The married couple will head back to the hotel and gather with anyone who would like to join them in celebrating at Pete's Dueling Piano Bar. This is a 5 minute walk from Renaissance Worthington Hotel and is a $14 cover.
