Is there a hotel room block?

♡ Our primary room block is at the Sonesta Select. This is where the shuttle will leave from and return to. The afterparty will also be hosted here. Please note that all 25 rooms reserved under room block have been booked. Guests can still choose to stay here at market rate. We have secured a secondary room block at the Quality Inn & Suites. ♡ Transportation will be provided for guests staying at the Sonesta Select and Quality Inn & Suites on Friday (for the rehearsal dinner and welcome party) and Saturday (for the wedding). Please see the "Accommodations" tab for more information.

Guests can also leave their cars at the complimentary parking lot of the Sonesta Select to grab the shuttle. ♡ 𝐖𝐄𝐋𝐂𝐎𝐌𝐄 𝐏𝐀𝐑𝐓𝐘: There are a few paid parking lots on Thames Street. Parking will be limited - we encourage you to take an Uber or cab. ♡ We recommend formal attire. 𝐅𝐎𝐑 𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐋𝐀𝐃𝐈𝐄𝐒: floor length dress / gown, midi dress, jumpsuit, or pantsuit 𝐅𝐎𝐑 𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐌𝐄𝐍: suit and tie or tux Belle Mer's lawn includes a mix of concrete, stones, and grass. Ladies, please choose your shoes accordingly!

Is the wedding outdoors?
Answer
♡ Weather permitting, the ceremony will be outdoors, cocktail hour (and a half) will be a hybrid of indoor/outdoor, and the reception will be indoors. Belle Mer's lawn includes a mix of concrete, stones, and grass.

♡ Your save the date and invitation will be addressed to the members of your household who are invited and will also indicate if you can bring a guest. While we would LOVE to have everyone be able to bring a guest and/or their children, our venue has a strict policy on guest limitations and we have to abide by them. We hope you understand.

What's happening on Sunday?
Answer
Guests are invited to stop by the newlywed's home on Sunday for brunch. We'll have a full omelet bar, continental breakfast, and drinks served. And if you didn't get a chance to swim in Newport - here's your chance! Don't forget to bring your swimsuit and sunnies to take a quick dip in the pool. Whether you're driving north, south, or to the airport - you'll pass Love Lane on the way! Please park on Meeting House Lane (Warwick, RI).
