When is the RSVP deadline?

The deadline to RSVP is March 31, 2023. Please RSVP via mail or reach out to Eric or Anna directly if necessary.

Are kids welcome?
Answer
We kindly remind guests that our wedding is an adults-only event, with the exception of the children in the wedding party. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time so you can celebrate with us!

Is there a dress code?
Answer
The dress code is cocktail attire: cocktail dresses, jumpsuits, chinos, button-ups, blazers or suits.

What will the weather in Chicago be like?
Answer
April in Chicago is typically around the mid to high 50's with potential showers. Coat check will be offered at the reception.

Where are the ceremony and the reception taking place?
Answer
The ceremony will be held at St. Clement Church and the reception will be held at City View Loft. Travel time between the church and the reception is approximately 20 minutes without traffic.

Both the ceremony and reception will be held indoors.

Where should guests park? Is parking free?
Answer
Free parking is available at the St. Clement Church parking lot. The nearest public garage is located at 2515 North Clark Street; spot reservations may be made at www.parking.com but is not required. There is a free parking lot at the reception in addition to plenty of free street parking.

Both the ceremony and reception venues are wheelchair accessible.

Do you have hotel blocks? Where do you recommend I stay?
Answer
We have hotel blocks at two different hotels in downtown Chicago. Hyatt Place Chicago/Downtown-The Loop 28 N. Frankling St., Chicago, IL 60606 Room Rates: $179-199 per night Please use the booking link provided in the 'Travel' section of our website. Booking Code: G-NN23 Reservations must be made by March 10, 2023; if you'd like to reserve a room after the deadline, please reach out to Anna at 269-303-1683. Holiday Inn Chicago Downtown Wolf Point 350 W Wolf Point Plaza Building 2, Chicago, IL 60654 Room Rates: $219-229 per night Please use the booking link provided in the 'Travel' section of our website. Reservations must be made by March 27, 2023. There are plenty of hotels in the downtown area and Airbnbs in the nearby neighborhoods. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions on where to stay!

Will transportation be provided?
Answer
Two mini shuttles will be offered from the ceremony to the reception. One mini shuttle will run from the reception to the hotels between 8:00 PM to 11:00 PM. Please note, transportation from the reception will go to the Hyatt Place and the Holiday Inn/Voco.

Will there be any vegan/vegetarian/gluten free/special diet options?
Answer
We offer gluten free and vegetarian options. Please reach out to Eric and Anna directly if you have special dietary restrictions.

Please note we have a strict guest list. Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accomodate those listed on your invitation.
