What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 pm. We recommend arriving by 4:15 pm to allow time to park or take the shuttle and find your seat.

Is the ceremony and reception at the same location?

Answer

Yes, both will take place at the same venue.

Should I plan for the weather?

Answer

Yes, our celebration will take place in early June. The sun will be shining (hopefully), and our ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors. The reception will be indoors. Please make sure to dress appropriately and keep hydrated throughout the day!

What is the dress code?

Answer

We'd love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day. Dress code is semiformal attire. Gentlemen are encouraged to wear suits. Ladies may opt for midi- to floor-length dresses.

Are children invited?

As much as we love your little ones, our wedding is exclusively for adults, with the exception of immediate family who are part of the wedding party.

We have secured a 15% discounted rate at two neighboring hotels. Please visit the travel page for booking links.

Will there be transportation?

Answer

Yes! We will have a complimentary shuttle running from the hotel to the venue prior to the ceremony, as well as post-reception shuttles back to the hotel at the end of the evening.

Yes, parking is available on-site.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to limited space, we can only accommodate guests who are formally invited. If you receive a plus one, they will be specifically addressed within your invitation. Otherwise, we ask that only the named people in the invitation are in attendance.

When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

To help us with our planning, please RSVP as soon as possible. However, the deadline is April 25th. If we don't receive your RSVP by this date, we cannot make exceptions and will have to mark you as 'no'. We need to provide the venue with a total guest count in a timely manner, we hope you understand.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We ask that you kindly put your phones and cameras away during the ceremony as we want you all to be present with us in the moment. We have a professional photographer and videographer capturing the ceremony for us. Other than the ceremony, yes! Please feel free to take as many photos and videos as you like :)

Is there an open bar?

Answer

Yes, we want you to have the best time, so the drinks are on us, but the hangover is on you!

What are my reception dinner options?

Answer

We are still in the menu deciding process but are planning on a buffet-style dinner. We will accommodate any food allergies or diet restrictions to the best of our abilities. Please notate during the RSVP process.
