Yes! A shuttle will pick guests up at the Hampton Inn & Suites and get everyone to the venue. The bus will arrive at 3PM and leave at 3:30PM sharp from the hotel! The bus will only make one trip to the venue before the ceremony starts (the venue is 30 minutes away), so make sure you are on time! The shuttle will also make a trip back to the hotels later in the night.
The ceremony will take place outside, consider a light jacket if it gets chilly. The reception will be indoors, so we can party comfortably no matter the weather!
We recommend arriving by 4:15 pm to allow plenty of time for parking, finding a seat, and getting settled before the ceremony begins. The ceremony will start promptly at 4:30 pm, and we want to ensure everyone has a chance to be comfortably seated and ready for the celebration to begin!
The dress code is cocktail attire— Ladies, think midi/maxi length dresses. Men, a suit or blazer with dress pants is perfect, no need for a tux. No jeans...at all. When in doubt, use Pinterest or Google; you can't go wrong with something polished and fun!
~no~
We love that you want to share the day with someone special! However, we’re keeping things intimate, so plus ones are only for those specified on the invitation or RSVP. If your name is flying solo on the invite, we promise you’ll have plenty of amazing company at the wedding!
I think everyone in the world at this point knows the answer to this question is simply no. But I (Kasie) will go 'Stone Cold' Steve Austin on you if you pull out your phone during the ceremony, I'm stronger than I look....
