Are children invited?

Answer

We love your little ones, we really do! However, we kindly request no little ones at the wedding ceremony and reception. We hope you take this as an opportunity to enjoy a fun date night! That said, they are more than welcome to be a part of all other wedding weekend festivities :)

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We are only able to accommodate those formally invited. If you received a plus one, it will be addressed on your invitation and RSVP section of the website.

What is the wedding guest attire for the ceremony/reception?

Answer

Colors: We are kindly asking our guests to wear certain colors - buttery yellow, sage green, & baby blue! Men's Attire: Light weight button-downs or dressy short-sleeve shirts with light colored dress pants. Women's Attire: Midi dresses, maxi dresses, or jumpsuit/pantsuits.

When will I be charged for my room at The Andaz Resort?

Answer

You will not be charged anything until the day you check in at the resort!

When should I fly into Phoenix?

Answer

Our welcome party will be held from 5:00 PM - 8:00 PM on Thursday, June 25th (the day before our wedding - Friday, June 26th). We highly encourage you to make it into town in time for the welcome party so we can see you and catch up before our big day! That said, we recommend arriving into Phoenix in the evening on Wednesday, June 24th or by early afternoon on Thursday, June 25th. Or by all means, feel free to arrive even earlier than Thursday! But please note the room block pricing at The Andaz Resort is only valid from Wednesday, June 24th - Sunday, June 28th. Check out the "Hotel & Travel" section for more event details!

When should I leave Phoenix?

Answer

Although our wedding is on Friday, June 26th, the newlyweds will be enjoying a relaxing day at The Andaz Resort the day after on Saturday, June 27th. If you are staying at The Andaz Resort, we would love for you to join us to continue celebrating and chit chatting! That said, we encourage you to stay through Saturday night. Or by all means, feel free to stay even longer than that! But please note the room block pricing at The Andaz Resort is only valid from Wednesday, June 24th - Sunday, June 28th. Is there transportation provided to and from the wedding venue?

Answer

Yes! We are providing a shuttle to and from the wedding venue for those who are staying at The Andaz Resort. Check out the "Hotel & Travel" section for more event details!

What times will the shuttles pick up from the resort and venue?

Answer

For pick up from the resort: We ask that you please be waiting outside The Andaz Resort lobby by TBD PM to ensure you have plenty of time to get on the shuttle. The shuttle will leave at TBD PM sharp to head to the wedding venue. For pick up from the venue: There will be shuttles picking up guests from the venue to head back to The Andaz Resort! Check out the "Hotel & Travel" section for more event details!

Is the Venue indoor or outdoor?

Answer

The wedding ceremony and reception will be held indoors, but there is a beautiful outdoor area in-between the buildings for chit chatting, hanging out, drinking, and playing corn hole!

Is there parking at the resort?

Answer

If you choose to rent a car, rest-assured there is plenty of parking at The Andaz Resort. One of the many things we loved about this resort is the easy access parking right outside your bungalow room.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

If you choose to drive yourself to the wedding venue, there is plenty of parking. But please note you cannot park overnight at the venue. You will need to drive to the venue and arrive by 3:30 PM and start driving back to the resort by 11 PM on Friday, June 26th.

What Should I do If I can't make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you cannot make it to the wedding or certain weekend activities, please RSVP "no" for each event you will not be attending, so we can plan accordingly!
