Can I bring my own alcohol?

Answer

All alcohol must be purchased from and served by Over the Vines and its licensed bartenders (in compliance with Wisconsin State Laws and Regulations, alcohol cannot be served to minors, etc). Guests are responsible for all consequences of alcohol consumption. Over the Vines does not allow alcohol beverages to be brought onto the property.

Is there AC?

Answer

The main facility is not heated or air-conditioned. There are, however, fans located in the building.

Is there parking on site?

Answer

Yes, Over the Vines has parking for approx. 135 vehicles.

Can we let kids nap in the bridal suite?

Answer

No. The bridal suite is for the bridal party to get dressed and ready only. It is not for guest use. If you have small children, you are encouraged to bring strollers, wagons or pack-n-plays to put on the lawn.

When do I need to remove my belongings from the grounds?

Answer

Everything you bring must be removed from the grounds immediately after the night has concluded. If you leave something overnight, it most likely will not be there the following morning. If you need to leave your car overnight, you may, but it needs to be moved by 10 a.m the next morning.

Tree Swing

Answer

There is a tree swing on the premises for the bride and groom. It's not for guest use.

How do I RSVP online?

Answer

Head to the RSVP tab on our website. Type in your name and hit continue. Next, it lists the events you are invited to, and you will click through them to RSVP for each event. When you RSVP for the reception, a tab will come up for meal options and a place to give us your song requests!

Will there be places to stay if I am out of town?

Answer

Yes! If you look at the Travel tab on the website, we have 15 rooms open at Wyndham Hotels in Stoughton, about a 10 minutes drive from Over the Vines.
