Please RSVP by February 24, 2026. If we don't hear from you by then, we'll assume you can't make it.
Our wedding is a formal, black-tie event. The ceremony will be outdoors, so please keep the Texas heat in mind when selecting your attire. Cocktail hour will take place both indoors and outdoors, and the reception will be fully indoors.
If you have any native wear, please feel free to wear it. Otherwise, you can come in formal attire and just be ready to dance the night away!
The ceremony on May 23rd will be a vibrant cultural celebration where Edward, with the support of his family and friends, will formally ask for Nykema’s hand in marriage. Here’s what you can look forward to: A beautiful blend of Nigerian and Jamaican cuisine Colorful cultural attire and lively music The tradition of “spraying” cash on the celebrants – guests are encouraged to bring some bills to join in the fun!
Only those names listed on your invitation will be welcomed at the wedding. If a plus one wasn't extended to you, we kindly ask for your understanding and hope you'll still join us for the celebration.
We love your little ones, but we kindly request that only the children named on your invitation attend. We hope this gives you the chance to relax and enjoy a special weekend with us!
