Houmas House Plantation and Gardens
LA
This is our favorite plantation to visit in LA. There is a Mansion and Gardens tour, as well as the new Great River Road Museum. You could spend the whole weekend here!
San Francisco Plantation

Another plantation near Houmas House on the same side of the river, about 30-35 minutes down the road.
Oak Alley Plantation

This is a short, 30 minute drive from Houmas House on the other side of the river. Another beautiful historic property.
French Quarter
