Ceremony and Reception

4:30 pm - 10:00 pm

This event is cocktail attire. Ceremony will be indoors. There is an option to meander outdoors during cocktail hour and the reception. Outdoor deck will have heaters. Please bring something warm to bundle up in just in case.

Ceremony and Reception times are not yet confirmed. Please refer to your formal invitation once received for accurate times. There is a bar onsite at Bear Creek that will remain open until 1am for anyone looking to continue the party. :) Please note: We cannot guarantee a shuttle will run this late if you are staying at one of our other lodging options.
