This is where we have hotels rooms blocked for out-of-town guests. Please use the link under the "view" button or copy and paste our discount code when booking for the best prices. Last Day to Book: Wednesday, October 07, 2026. When booking, if you notice the room blocks are no longer available with the discount code, please reach out to Dave or I so we can let the hotel know to open up more rooms for guests.

Shuttle
November 7, 2026 5:00 pm - 11:30 pm
A shuttle bus will be provided to transport guests from the hotel to venue and back. The shuttle will leave at 5:15pm and 5:30pm. If you miss either shuttle, then you will have to drive to the venue or find your own way there. So please be on time so we can start the ceremony according to the planned schedule. Thank you! After reception, the shuttle will take the guests to the hotel for an after party at the hotel lobby bar!
