Darryl Cookson, The Man, The Myth, The Legend The day DJ and I met while playing basketball at AAE I knew we were going to be best friends for life. DJ has been my very best friend since 7th grade. We have literally done everything together. Anywhere from fishing for bass illegally at a golf course at 3am, to getting in trouble in Math class for watching the 8 mile documentary, to helping each other through tough decisions during early stages of adulthood. I would take a bullet for this man. He has been nothing but the best to me from the beginning. While I am marrying Anna, DJ will always be my first love. Get ready for a Best Man speech of a lifetime.

Jesse Stokes

STOKES STOKES STOKES!!!! Jesse and I met on Easter vigil Mass back in 2017. We quickly realized we shared a strong passion for the outdoors more then the average joe. We don't adventure just to get outside or burn a weekend. We adventure to find the love Christ has for us. Fun fact about Jesse and I, we have been best friends for years and never have lived in the same town. The Holy Spirt has blessed me tremendously with Jesse. I couldn't enter into this adventure with Anna without my right hand adventure partner Jesse.

Ian Dodds

Ian is my oldest brother. He has always led me to better myself through his example. He leads from afar. Even though he distances himself, he is the guy you want in your corner when you need a pick me up or just a brother to talk to. He doesn't judge nor look down, just simply listens and supports. However, if you allow him to get in a sarcastic rhythm, he will let you have it. As my flesh and bones, he is the guy I want to be by my side on my wedding day because he was also right there by my side the day I was born.

Patrick Dodds

Patrick Dodds, probably the brother I got the most competitive with. If we were on the same team everything was fine. Till this day, if we were on the same team no one could beat us at anything I'd put money on it. However, if we were ever playing against each other I could promise you we would be willing to die to win, and there would be blood by the end of it. That being said, Patrick is my hype man and my piece of humble pie all at the same time. I need him with me on my wedding day. Thank you for being you Patrick!

William Dodds

William, the 4th brother in the Dodds family, is a silent but deadly asset to the groomsman squad. He is always ready and able to help when called upon. He is currently doing the Lords work spreading the gospel in Nepal. Growing up William was always a fierce competitor, ready for war at any time. He was able to battle a lot of adversity from an early age due to injuries. This adversity built him into the man he is today. Whenever I think of William Dodds I am reminded that just because you are down doesn't mean you are ever out.

I would like to introduce to you Robert "Go Dodgers" Dodds. My little brother. My go to red headed brother named Robert. Man I love this guy! By far the most passionate sports fan you will meet at this wedding. I can always count on Robert when I have a bad day, I call him and he always lifts me up. I love Robert because he is the man that will always be praying for you no matter what state you are in. He is a man of prayer. He is always there for me and I can always catch him ready to be tagged in for any type of competition. The man that has been behind the scenes scene day 1. Payne has always been down for any adventure that comes our way. From going way to fast on the highway to spontaneous trips to Mexico and back Payne is down. Throughout those adventures Payne and I have been trying to figure out life together. Battling the ups and downs. I am thankful for him and he will be with me till my grave as blood!

If you prefer your puns intended, Cassidy is your gal. Cassidy and I met in 6th grade at the peak of our gymnastics careers. She is funny, intelligent, compassionate, an incredible listener, and completely herself. Whether it is gym, school, faith, careers, or trying to figure out what the heck this thing called life is, she is always there lending an ear. She is one of the women I respect most in my life, and will always turn to her to ask her advice.

Caroline Houston

Caroline, a girl that likes long walks in the park, baking hundreds of cookies, working her tail off in all that she does, and skiing down some awesome slopes. Caroline and I are friends from gymnastics, however we've continued to grow close since leaving our grips behind. We bonded throughout college as we shared the same major, would write each other letters freshman year, and call each other when overloaded with stress. I can open up to her about anything and she always has me laughing. She is beautiful inside and out and I can't wait to spend many more years walking through life together!

What a beautiful woman to call my sister-in-law. After knowing Jeff for 4 years, I can truly say it takes a tough lady to survive childhood with Jeff Dodds. I can't help but thank Erin for helping Jeff become the man that I fell in love with.

The one and only Analia Quirk. Analia's friendship is one of the main reasons why I survived chemical engineering, not only because she's wicked smart but because of her amazing friendship. She is the best skiier of the squad. Jeff and I's story started with a group ski day out of her Frisco cabin, where her Dad openly asked what Jeff's intentions were with me.

Ali, Ali, Ali... I love this girl! We also started our friendship in gymnastics and have shared moments of sorrow and joy together on that competition floor. I can call her at any moment to catch up, share about a the craziness of week, or talk about what the heck we want to do in life! When I facetimed her to tell her about our engagement she immediately began to cry (yes, we got in on video!). She has and always will be a light in my life and I love her to pieces!

Alexa Jochims

Nemo was the first person I meet at Jewart's gymnastics when I was in 6th grade and she was in 4th. Smiling ear to ear she frantically explained that her name is Nemo, but really Alexa, but I could call her Nemo. We've laughed and cried together through the long journey of gymnastics and growing up together. Nemo is the type of friend that you can talk for hours and it feels like a minute, she just "gets” me. I was her Confirmation sponsor and now I can't wait for her to be in our wedding! What a dear and close friend she has become.

Carlena Bonomi

Carlena and I were on the same gymnastics team when I joined Jewart's in 6th grade. She is a burst of energy and in between turns you could always find her dancing! We still love having sleepovers and it is always my highlight to see her when I'm home in Pittsburgh. Carlena has a kind heart, is spunky, and lets others know how much she loves them. I am so thankful for her friendship and can't wait to hit the dance floor with her!

Emma was quite literally the answer to my prayers in August 2020 when my household was in a pinch for a new roommate, and man, our Father blesses us 1000x over what we ask of Him. We quickly bonded over our love of crocheting, thrifting, coffee, frustrations at work, and desires to become the daughters God created us to be. If you ever have the joy of talking with her you will quickly find yourself laughing at every other moment. She inspires me in so many ways, especially last ski season as I watched her go from skiing only twice in her life to buying a pass, getting all the gear, and killing it down a black diamond... all in one season! What a gift Emma is and I can't wait for her to stand next to me on our wedding day.

Katia is one of the truest friends a girl could hope for and I always leave her presence thinking how blessed I am to know her! We met in 2017 and quickly became close throughout our Junior year. We've filled an apartment full with balloons in the middle of the night, climbed mountains, consumed incredible tacos, made charcuterie boards before they were cool, helped each other move, and learn from each other how to navigate the crazy start-up world. Katia is constantly putting a smile on someone's face. She is the type of gal that keeps a bottle of the nicest champagne ready to pop to celebrate life's moments and lets you know how incredible you are. It has been a blast being her friend!

Charlotte is Jeff's youngest cousin and as cute as a button. Jeff was the ring bearer in her parents wedding and we are so excited she is able to be our flower girl!
