We're getting married!!!

As so many do these day, we were introduced to each other through Facebook Dating. I was just searching through potential suiters and stumbled upon Alex's goofy picture. He was wearing a Hawaiian shirt of course. I figured what the heck and clicked like and sent the first message. That is when he made one of the smartest decisions of his life and responded.

Just kidding, she didn’t say it like that… but as you know, she said yes! It wasn’t the most planned out proposal, but it did work out in our favor. After getting ready for a night out with friends, we headed out. As we made our way through the Reedy River walkway, headed into downtown Greenville I made my move. Lucky for me she couldn’t tell how nervous I was. I was frightened. Would she say no in front of our best friends? Why would she, I kept asking in my head? As she started to notice something was amiss, I went for it. That moment seemed to last for hours. When she said yes, the joy and relief was overwhelming. Now, it’s time to continue our story and build our future together.
