When should I RSVP by?

Answer

If you are able to RSVP as soon as you recieve your invitation, that would be extrememly helpful! We ask that you RSVP by April 15, 2025 to ensure we give accurate guest count to our vendors. After that, unfortunately, any unanswered invites will have to be marked as "not attending" due to our vendors' cut off dates.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Although we love your little ones, we are asking that you leave your kiddos (18 and under) at home for the celebrations. This rule excludes the few little members of our immediate family. We hope you'll take this opportunity to enjoy a date night and we appreciate you making prior arrangements!

What is the closest airport?

Answer

The Redmond Municipal Airport (RDM) is the closest airport at 30 minutes from Sisters. Please see the Travel tab for more details.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Transportation is not provided but there is plenty of parking space at Pole Creek Ranch to accommodate for parking.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00pm. Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the ceremony to give yourself plenty of time to park and find a seat.

What's the weather in Sisters like in May?

Answer

We are hoping for sunny skies but temperatures average between 65 to 80 degrees during the day but it can get down into the 50's in the evenings. Layers are highly recommended!
