We understand things have started to get a little stricter again as the covid variants have become more of a concern. Our Venue will be following all local and federal guidelines. We will be following the most current CDC guidelines and relying on the safety and efficacy of the available vaccines. As per current CDC guidelines, we will not be requiring masks for fully-vaccinated guests.
While we love your children, we want this to be an adults only affair. Unless your invitation is addressed to "The Family", enjoy a kid-free night of fun!
We ask that you save your own cameras for the reception! We are having a Quaker ceremony and people pulling out phones and cameras during the ceremony takes away from everyone being fully present as a community. We have a wonderful team of photographers to discreetly capture special moments during the ceremony.
We would love to celebrate with everyone, but we ask that plus-ones are reserved for significant others!
We ask that you wear formal attire. Feel free to reach out to Sarah if you have any questions about what to wear! You never know what weather you're going to get in October, so we recommend brining a sweater or shawl for our outdoor ceremony! If it gets chilly in the evening the reception tent will be heated. The ceremony will be on grass, so please keep that in mind when picking your shoes.
Our venue has a large parking lot with room for everyone! The parking lot is slightly uphill from the venue, but there is handicapped parking available right by the door.
When submitting your meal choice with your RSVP card please specify if you have any food allergies.
