When is the RSVP deadline?

We kindly ask that you RSVP by March 1st.

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

Unfortunately we are very limited in our capacity. Although we'd love to celebrate the day with everyone at this time we request that you honor who your invite was addressed to.

Where can I park ?

There is a plethora of parking available onsite arranged by the venue. Carpool if you can.

How can I get home?

Answer

Kelowna Cabs, Uber, Uride, Current Taxi, various other local taxi services. The event is located in Lower Mission in Kelowna and is very accessible by cab.

Can my vehicle stay at the venue overnight?

Answer

Yes. It needs to be picked up by 11am Sunday, May 24th.

Can I smoke on the property?

Answer

No smoking of any kind (vaping, cigarettes, cigars, marijuana, etc.) is permitted on the property however the street near the venue is available to smoke at.

Will we be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

This is an outside wedding with an outdoor open air barn, please check the weather and dress appropriately, the wedding will be proceeding rain or shine.

The ceremony is at Brook & Barn but where is the reception?

Answer

Also at Brook & Barn, there is no need for transportation once you've arrived on site.

What time should I get there?

Answer

The wedding will start at 1:30pm. Be seated by this time so you don't have to be escorted down the aisle by the brides father.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

No. We are limited in our capacity, only those invited will have a spot for dinner.

What should I wear?

Answer

Semi - formal event. Wear your best. No jeans are preferred. Only the bride gets to wear a white dress.

What's the bar situation?

Answer

There will be a toonie bar beyond what will already be provided at the wedding.

Is it an unplugged ceremony?

Answer

No, but please do not get in the way of our professional photographers. We will be sending out the link to these photos once available.

Do you have a registry?

Answer

Instead of a physical gift, a contribution toward our future home fund would be sincerely appreciated. We are lucky enough to already have a house full of everything we need!
