Anna and Josh are classmates, so they probably met through med school, right? Wrong. Although we were in the same grade, we didn’t really interact since we were in opposite halves of the class (and Anna also never went to class much to begin with). We probably would have graduated without ever crossing paths, but our good friends Jessica and Mark had big plans in store for us. Josh had an inkling right from the start as Mark had always told Josh he wanted to set him up with one of Jessica's friends. And with a sudden increase in group outings, meals, and study sessions with a certain friend of Jessica's always tagging along, Josh started to notice a pattern. Anna, on the other hand, was very much clueless. She just thought she was getting to know Jessica's boyfriend and making friends with a fellow classmate along the way. Once Anna eventually caught up to speed, we decided to give things a go, despite both of us fully believing nothing would come out of it since neither of us were really interested in dating (or in each other) at the time. But love is funny in that way, and it somehow always comes when you least expect it and often with the person you'd never expect. After spending more time getting to know each other, what started as a casual thing unlikely to go anywhere turned into a relationship that is now moments away from a happily-ever-after. Time really does fly when you're having fun, and every day feels like it melts together. Through all the good times, bad times, and everything in between, the way we’ve grown as individuals, as a couple, and in our walks with God has been life-changing. God has blessed us in more ways than we can count, and we’re beyond excited to see where He takes us in this next chapter.
