2:15 PM : Two school buses will arrive at the Hampton Inn 2:30 PM : Bus departure 2:45 PM : You will arrive at venue & we welcome you to grab a drink at their outdoor bar/patio, settle in and mingle. One of the two buses will be making two trips- If you did not make the first shuttle it will be back at the Hampton Inn for 3:05 & those guest will arrive at venue between 3:30-3:40 and can join the rest of the group! (If you chose to stay at Homewood Suites you can either walk across the street to the Hampton Inn or drive across the street to the parking lot) ALL GUESTS MUST TAKE SHUTTLES- venue does not allow parking.
4:00 pm - 10:00 pm
4:00 ceremony Following the ceremony we will have light bites during cocktail hour. We also offer a few different yard games during this time. After cocktail hour there will be a family style dinner, many drinks, and all the dancing.
10:00 pm - 11:45 pm
First group to be shuttled out will be at 9:00PM BOTH buses will pick up remaining guests for 10:00 PM Guests will be dropped off to the Hampton Inn. At that time we invite anyone who would like to join- head to the Margaritas Mexican Restaurant bar area (this restaurant shares the parking lot with the Hampton Inn so it's right there!) Bar is open until 1:00 AM so stay for as long or as little as you'd like.
