When do you recommend flying in?
Answer
We recommend flying in Wednesday night. There won't be any formal events during the day on Thursday but we would love to spend some quality time with everyone before dinner. If you are not able to fly in Wednesday night, we recommend coming in as early as possible on Thursday.

How will guest get to the wedding venue?
Answer
We will provide transport from the Hotel Regina, where we have a hotel block, to and from the wedding venue on Friday. And transportation to the Sangeet will also be provided on Thursday. For this reason, we recommend staying near Puerta del Sol on Calle de Alcalá. Please do not feel any obligation to stay at Hotel Regina. The hotel is centrally located so an easy pick up point for everyone staying in the city center.

Can we book hotels now?
Answer
Yes! Transportation to the wedding venue will depart from Hotel Regina in Madrid’s central “Centro” district, specifically near Puerta del Sol on Calle de Alcalá. We have secured a block of rooms at Hotel Regina, located in the heart of Madrid. Transportation to the events will depart from there. To book a room at the discounted rate, you can email recepcion@hotelreginamadrid.com and mention that you are attending our wedding. We also recommend 60 Balconies, in case you're looking for more of an apartment style. Hotel Vincci The Mint and H10 Villa de la Reina Boutique Hotel are also very good options in the area.

Are you able to accommodate dietary restrictions?

Yes! You can fill in your dietary restrictions when you RSVP or send us a message, and we can add them to your RSVP.
