Day 1

12:00 pm - 10:00 pm

12:00 pm — 5:00 pm ✧ Arrivals ✧ We will have transportation arranged for you from the PV airport directly to your villa in Marina Chacala. 6:00 pm — 9:00 pm ✧ Welcome Drinks ✧ Join us for welcome drinks by the pool at Villa Paraiso and enjoy the sunset. Attire is beach casual—come as you are. We will have small bites, so please eat dinner before you arrive!

Day 2

10:30 am - 11:30 pm

10:30 am — 1:00 pm ✧ Team Bride Vs. Team Groom Tournament✧ Meet at the beach club to receive your team assignments and let the games begin! 5:30 pm — 9:30 pm ✧ Reversal Rehearsal Dinner ✧ Everyone is invited to join us for a "reversal rehearsal dinner" event at Casa Agave meaning you'll wear white, and the bride and groom will bring the color! 9:30 pm — 11:30 pm ✧ Late night party ✧ If you're not ready to call it a night, join us at Villa Esmeralda for late night fun.

Day 3

Sat, Apr 22, 2023, 8:00 am - Sun, Apr 23, 2023, 2:00 am

ALL DAY ✧ Relaxation & Beach Time ✧ Enjoy a pool day at your villa or time at the Beach Club. 5:15 pm — 12:00 am ✧ Ceremony & Reception ✧ Join us for our ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner, and dancing at Casa Oso Grande. Attire is beach formal (see FAQ section for more details). 12:00 am — 2:00 am ✧ After party ✧ The newlyweds plan to continue the party at Villa Chocolate. Join us if you want to keep the party going!

Day 4 (Departures)

9:00 am - 12:00 pm

We'll have pre-arranged shuttles ready to take you to the airport. Please take into account that you'll need to leave approximately 5 hours before your scheduled flight to account for the travel time and hour-long time difference between Chacala and PV.
