When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP no later than April 30th. If you miss this date, bring a chair and a sandwich.

We ask that you dress in a formal/semi-formal manner.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is parking at The Boathouse On Lake Charlevoix! However, if your group wishes to drink without a DD, we suggest using the hotels in downtown Charlevoix for lodging and the provided shuttle service to and from the venue.

What is the bar situation?

Answer

We will be having an open bar with beer, wine and liquor. Our bartenders will have a tip jar if you wish to bring cash to show how great of a job they are doing! Our venue does NOT allow shots or drinking games.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive by 3:45 pm at the latest. Our ceremony will begin at 4:00 pm.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

There will be a shuttle to and from the venue ONLY from downtown Charlevoix hotels. Hotels within walking distance from the shuttle dropoff location include Points North Inn, Weathervane Terrace, Hotel Earl, and Edgewater Inn. There are also a few bed and breakfasts nearby.
