Booking information

If you’d like to sail with us, we are taking the Carnival Freedom from port Canaveral to the Bahamas from February 9, 2026- February 14, 2026. If you need any help booking please reach out to us.

Non Sailing Guests

Please arrive at Port NO LATER than 9:30am. You will receive a temporary boarding pass via email for your entire party no later than 2 days before the wedding. Without this boarding pass you will not be able to board for the ceremony. A photo ID is required for all guests, and must match the name(s) given for the guest list. If for any reason you have given us a different name than is on your ID please let us know immediately. All minors must have an original copy of their birth certificate. If you arrive past the allotted boarding time for our group you will be unable to board for the wedding. You will be required to go through TSA so please be mindful of what you are bringing onboard the boat.

Sailing Guests

Please arrive no later than 9:30am, dressed and ready to party! You will not have access to your luggage or staterooms once we board so please make sure to carry on anything you may need for the wedding. Make sure you check into the cruise at least a week before to expedite the boarding process. We will not be boarding with the rest of the ship so please be on time as we have priority boarding. We will not have an itinerary for this trip, this is your vacation too! All we ask is that you attend dinner with us on our first night of sailing. Please make sure you opt for LATE DINING in your carnival sailing account so you can be added to the group dining reservation.
