Cocktail / Semi-Formal Attire We invite guests to embrace a polished, colorful look! Ladies may wear midi, tea-length, or floor-length dresses, dressy jumpsuits, or similar cocktail attire. Question

How do I RSVP?

Answer

Please click the “RSVP” tab at the top of the page and enter your first and/or last name. From there, you will be able to RSVP for the Ceremony and/or Reception, depending on the events to which you have been invited. Please ensure that you submit a response for every member of your party.

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

To ensure we can accommodate all our guests, only those explicitly named on your invitation are invited. If you have any questions about guests in your party, please reach Nev at 931-263-4117.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Children who we are able to accommodate will be specifically included on the invitation or listed as part of your party during the RSVP process. For guests bringing children, we kindly ask that they remain under close supervision throughout the event. To ensure all guests can enjoy the celebration, children should not interrupt the ceremony, enter restricted areas, or be permitted to damage venue property.

Question

When Should I Arrive for the Ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 PM. We recommend arriving no later than 3:30 PM to allow time to park, walk to the ceremony site, and be seated before the processional begins. Late seating will not be permitted.

Question

When Should I Arrive for the Reception?

Answer

Cocktail Hour will begin at 4:45 PM outside the reception hall. Guests are welcome to arrive at that time to enjoy drinks, light refreshments, and conversation before the reception begins at 6:00 PM. Guests who arrive while the ceremony is in progress are kindly asked to remain in the designated Cocktail Hour area and keep conversations at a respectful volume until the ceremony has concluded.

Question

Is there Parking?

Answer

Yes! Complimentary guest parking is available on-site. Upon arrival, please follow venue signage to the clearly marked gravel parking lot located to the left of the main entrance. We recommend parties carpool, as space is limited.

Question

Is there an open bar?

Answer

Yes! Drinks are on us, but the hangover is on you. Our bar will be open throughout the reception, and we encourage everyone to celebrate responsibly. Please be mindful of venue staff, fellow guests, and our required security personnel so that we can all enjoy a fun, safe, and memorable evening together.

Question

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that guests refrain from using cell phones, cameras, tablets, or other recording devices during the ceremony. We have hired professional photographers and videographers to capture these moments, and we would love for our guests to be fully present with us rather than viewing the ceremony through a screen. We will be happy to share professional photos after the wedding.
