Do you have a hotel block for guests?

We haven't reserved a hotel block, so you're welcome to book accommodations that work best for you!

Are kids welcome?

Although we love your little ones, our wedding will be mostly an adults only celebration allowing you to enjoy the evening with us!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there will be parking available at The Meadows on the grounds! Vehicles must be removed by noon the following day.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We're keeping our celebration intimate, so we're only able to welcome guests whose names appear on the invitation. We appreciate your understanding!

Is there transportation provided after the wedding?

Answer

Our venue will be happy to arrange cab service for guests who need transportation at the end of the evening. Our coordinator will be available to assist with any arrangements.

What time should I arrive?

We kindly ask that you arrive by 2:20 pm for guest seating.

What kind of bar do you have?

Answer

We'll be hosting a toonie bar for the evening. Debit and credit cards are accepted!

What is the dress code?

The dress code is semi-formal. We suggest cocktail dresses for women and suits for men.
