Edwin sent Neva a virtual rose on Hinge (an online dating app), and little did they know then, it would begin the last few messages either of them would send on the app. Their very first date was a Clippers basketball game at the then Staples Center, where the energy of the crowd matched the excitement of meeting in-person for the first time. Soon after came evenings filled with soft serve ice cream runs, sushi dinners and great coffee - moments that quickly became their love language. What made their connection even stronger was discovering how much they had in common; both raised in the San Fernando Valley, both deeply rooted in love for family and food.
