Alaina had planned a weekend getaway to Marquette, Michigan—a perfect late-summer escape filled with hiking, exploring the town, and soaking up the season’s last golden days. She had a tiny inkling that Tyler might propose, but after their beautiful waterfall hike came and went, she let the thought go. Little did she know, Tyler had other plans. During a sunset walk around the park, while wading in the water and searching for rocks, he surprised her with the question she’d been waiting for.
