Starts at 4:00 (But, about 3:45 is probably a good arrival time, no need to come super early)

No. Please just no jeans or casual wear.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

There is a block of rooms at the Radisson. Other wise there are other hotels like Home 2 Suits and the Charmont (The Charmont is very beautiful and has a very fun rustic vibe, but it is pricy)

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

No, but they are within walking distance if you choose a hotel in downtown La Crosse.
