Wedding Party

Hinal Patel

Maid of Honor

The closest to a sister I've ever had - we grew up together, took dance lessons together, had plenty of sleepovers, and stayed in each others' lives through multiple moves, going to different colleges, and as we began our professional careers. She's been by my side for the last 20 years, what's a wedding?!

Poonam Shah

Bridesmaid

We grew up together in St. Joseph, MI, took dance lessons in my basement (her and her sister are insanely talented dancers by the way), took an acting class in high school (I still have anxiety from that class LOL), and have practically lived with each others' families multiple times. I am so excited for her to be in my wedding!

Priyanka Shah

Bridesmaid

Priyanka is another beautiful soul that I was lucky to grow up with and yes, she is Poonam's twin sister! we share a love for butter cake from California Pizza Kitchen (that stuff is delicious!), she's been there through my awkward Twilight phase, and always pushes me to pursue my passions.

Nikki Thayyil

Bridesmaid

Through high school Student Council, making red velvet cupcakes daily, visiting her at UIUC at the end of our freshman year, living together in downtown Chicago post-college, to my wedding day! Nikki is one of my most wonderful, fashion-forward, and hilarious friends.

Carmen Henderson

Bridesmaid

We met our very first week of college at Indiana University in the dorms - I was having a not so great week and she invited me into her dorm room for an Honest Kids grape juice (Carmen has always been the "mom" of the group). She's stuck by my side through all the frat parties I forced her to go to, the Jungle at Sports (if you know, you know), and I cannot be more happy that she will be standing by my side on my wedding day.

Raegan Lindsey

Bridesmaid

We met in Austin, TX (my favorite city) through Bumble BFF - yes, it really does work! Raegan and I share so many of the same interests and clicked immediately. Although, we've only known each other a couple years, she has become such a dear friend to me and it's crazy to think that it is all because we both swiped right!

Joel Willitzer

Best Man

Joel is my older brother by two years, so we've spent a lot of time together growing up. Over the years we've fought, laughed, gotten in trouble, and formed alliances against our sisters. Due to his service in the Air Force (thank you for your service to our country), Joel has lived in Texas, Oklahoma, Virginia, South Korea, and Nebraska, and has left a lasting impression on each spot with his cowboy boots and dance moves. I'm excited to see what mix of dance moves he brings out at the reception! He's my favorite older brother and I am excited to have him by my side for my big day!

Evan Willitzer

Best Man

Evan is my significantly younger and much less attractive brother. Some of my most memorable times have been spent with Evan. While Evan was growing up we both had a passion for sports, so naturally we competed with each other as brothers would. Being 12 years older than him I would pound him in everything we did, however, as he got older he started to repaying me for all the punishment's I made him endure in his younger years. Evan is a smart and funny young man and is one of my best friends; I couldn't be happier to have him as a best man.

Trey Meyer

Groomsman

Trey grew up merely less than a mile down the road from me, therefore we inevitably spent a lot of time at each others houses. We grew up playing sports together; many baseball teams coached by his dad, Ron. Some of the best times we had together were at his annual Ohio State vs. Michigan football parties. Fun fact about Trey - he is an architect and very good at drawing. Trey is the epitome of a true friend and I'm pleased to have him as a groomsman.

Jon Gerken

Groomsman

Jon, aka "Denver", is a very tall and intelligent man. He's one of the worst people to watch Jeopardy with because he seems to know almost every answer. We've been very close since elementary school and he has always been there for me. For those of you that don't know, Jon is also a great singer and dancer, and I anticipate both those skills to be on full display at our reception - can't wait!

James Sackett

Groomsman

James and I met at Adrian College where we played baseball together and shared the same major. I met James the first week I was at Adrian and thought he was weird, but soon realized he wasn't that bad and we became close friends. Majoring together we shared a lot of the same classes, and answers. After graduating from Adrian James went on to earn his PhD. Through the years we have managed stay close and I'm honored to have him by my side on my wedding day!

Zach Robbins

Groomsman

We spent a lot of time together while in college; we were roommates, throwing partners on the baseball team, flag football teammates, and always around each other. Zach is a funny man - if he doesn't get you with his fake sneezes, loud turkey noise, or reenactments of scenes in 'Dumb and Dumber', then he'll find another way to bring a smile to your face.
