What is the dress code?

Answer

This will be a formal wedding with a "Black Tie” attire theme. We ask that all guest wear your best formal All Black attire. Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses.

How do I Rsvp?

Answer

You will be able to RSVP for the ceremony and reception under the RSVP tab. You will not be able to add guests that are not on your designated invitation slot. If you do not RSVP by December 05, 2025 @11pm, it will be assumed that you will not be attending the reception. It is imperative that you RSVP so that we have an accurate guest count for our vendors.

Are there hotels reserved for guest?

Answer

Yes, for a special group rate rooms have been reserved with the following hotels: Towneplace Suits by Marriot (229-352-9300) and Holiday Inn Express & Suites (229-405-2613). Both hotels are approximately 3miles from the reception location. Call the hotel of your choice and advise you’re needing to reserve a room as a guest for the wedding of the Bride, Netanya Kellam, and/or the Groom, Rodney Wells. The rooms are reserved for January 31st- February 1st. REMINDER: You must reserve your room with Towneplace Suites by Marriot by January 01, 2025 for the special rate.

Are Kids Welcomed?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adult-only event so that everyone can enjoy the evening. There are no kids under the age of 16 allowed, as we are trying our best to accommodate our guest count. The only kids allowed under the age of 16 at the reception are those in the wedding party. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time so you can celebrate with us!

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes. During cocktail hour and the reception, we will have signature drinks provided.

Will the ceremony/reception be indoor or outdoor?

Answer

The ceremony and reception are both indoor. However, the ceremony will take place at a church while the reception will be at a different location. Therefore, travel will be required after the ceremony.

What if I have concerns?

How do guest gift the newly weds?

Answer

The bride and groom prefer monetary donations towards their honeymoon. You can send the donation via Zelle using the bride (478-279-5799) or groom’s (706-936-7025) cell number. Or refer to the “Registry” tab here on our website. Also, at the reception there will be a gift table to drop off any other cards or gifts. All gifts are still welcome and appreciated.
