Dylan and I met in the summer of 2019 at church, not knowing that a simple introduction would turn into a lifetime. We began dating about four months later, quickly discovering that this was more than just young love — we were high school sweethearts who knew, almost immediately, that this was something meant to last forever. Seven years later, that same certainty has only grown stronger. Through every season of growing up together, we’ve learned how to laugh together, lean on one another, and choose each other day after day. In the summer of 2025, during what can only be described as a wonderfully chaotic beach trip with friends, Dylan decided it was time. On the final day — with the chaos still very much present — we were on the beach taking photos when Dylan dropped to one knee. In the middle of sandy feet, laughter, and everything not going quite as planned, he asked me to spend forever with him. And of course, I said yes.
